Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. – Abu Dhabi Branch is registered as a Branch of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Abu Dhabi Branch, belonging to the International Network of IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, began operations on 1 October 2016 after obtaining the ‘wholesale banking license’ from the Central Bank of U.A.E. The Branch. works closely with other Group’s entities with the aim of providing local, Italian and International clients with a dedicated offer of banking products and solutions in local currency (U.A.E. Dirhams – AED), as well as in US dollars and euro to support their activity and operations.

Solutions and services

We offer a wide range of services of corporate banking, trade export finance, structured export finance and global transaction banking (e.g. management of local and international payments, cash management, products for treasury management, liquidity, interest rates and foreign exchange).
The close cooperation with the specialized teams of IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division also guarantees a number of innovative and specialist solutions for structured finance and project & infrastructure finance.
