Awarded at Global Capital Syndicated Loan, Leveraged Finance and Private Debt Awards 2023

Global Capital held its 21st annual awards dinner for syndicated loans, leveraged finance and private debt last 21 February in London.

The results of the awards were decided by a jury of experts and market participants who met in November 2023 and considered transactions between November 2022 and November 2023.

Intesa Sanpaolo won the Best Arranger of Italian Loans award and also was awarded in three transactions in which it participated, together with other banks and in different roles, and which were winners in the following categories:

• Italian deal of the year: Ferrero
• Benelux deal of the year: Solvay and Syensqo
• Iberian deal of the year: Gestamp Automocion
